Why I’m Not Getting Shipt Orders?

A profile has to be completed and approved before you can get any Shipt orders. Make sure everything is filled out correctly, and all the paperwork is complete.
3. Low Delivery Rates
Shipt shoppers have set rates, and if yours is too low, you may not get orders. Check the rates of surrounding areasto make sure you are competitive.
4. Lack of Availability
The customers will pick the shoopper which is available. If you’re not available often enough and other people are, they may get the orders instead of you.
5. Ratings and Reviews
The customers will pick the shoppers with the highest ratings and reviews. Make sure you always provide speedy and quality services to your customers, so they can leave good feedback.
Geofencing is when customers pick the shoppers who are closest to them. If your location is too far away, they may choose someone else.
There are several reasons why you may not be getting Shipt orders. Make sure you are in an eligible area, have a completed profile, have competitive rates, are available, have good ratings and reviews, and you are close to the geofencing. If you do all of those things and still aren’t getting orders, contact Shipt support.
